Lake Turkana Wind Power Project

The Lake Turkana Wind Power Project is designed to be a 300 MW wind farm for Loyangalani District, Marsabit West County, Kenya. It has been approved by the UN as a clean development mechanism (CDM) project. The wind farm will cost $727 million.
